本文通过对73例健康新生儿脐血放射免疫法(RIA)TSH、免疫放射法(IRMA)TSH水平及绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)、黄体生成素(LH),卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平的测定,以了解新生儿脐血TSH-IRMA水平测定在新生儿甲状腺功能低减筛查中的价值.结果:(1)新生儿脐血hCG、LH及TSH-RIA水平高于正常,TSH-RIA水平与hCG和LH水平呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.86和0.74).(z)77.5%的新生儿脐血TSH-IRMA水平在正常范围,TSH—IRMA水平与hCG和LH水平无明显相关性(r值分别为0.01和0.06),TSH-IRMA水平与其母亲尿碘水平呈显著性相关(r=-0.5).作者认为,采用脐血TSH、IRMA水平测定进行新生儿先天性甲减筛查较TSH-RIA水平测定更为可靠.
In this paper, TSH levels, TSH, LH, FSH levels in 73 healthy newborns with cord blood radioimmunoassay (RIA), immunostaining (IRMA) TSH, In order to understand the value of cord blood TSH-IRMA in neonatal screening hypothyroidism screening.
