As is known to all， March 5th is Lei Feng Day. Comrade Lei Feng has set a good example for us and we should learn from him.
On that morning， our class met at the school gate and went to the Old People’s Home by bus. As soon as we arrived there， we gave them some beautiful flowers， fresh fruits and our best wishes. How happy they were！And then， we cleaned the windows and swept the floors for them. Some of us sang songs and danced for them. Some read newspaper for them， some played games with them， some told them stories， and others sat together chatting with them. The elderly people were very excited. Before we left， we took a photo with them and they were thankful for our kindness. Seeing their smiling faces， we all felt a sense of happiness. We promised to go back to visit them whenever possible.
From this meaningful activity， I felt it our duty to care for them and respect them. In our daily life， we should offer our seats to them on buses. And we should treat our own grandparents more kindly.
一次學习雷锋的活动
我们都知道，3月5日是雷锋日。雷锋同为我们树立了好榜样，我们应该向他学习。
那天早上，我们班全体同学在学校门口集合，乘公共汽车去了敬老院。一到那里，我们就把美丽的鲜花、新鲜的水果和最美好的祝愿送给了那儿的老人们。他们多么高兴啊。紧接着，我们为他们擦窗户，扫地。我们中的一些人为老人们表演了唱歌、跳舞等;有些人给他们读报纸;有些人陪同他们做游戏;有些人给他们讲故事;其他人则坐下来和他们聊天。老人们非常兴奋。在我们离开之前，和这些老人们合影留念，他们则对我们的善举心存感激。看到他们的一张张笑脸，我们也都有一种幸福感。我们答应只要有时间就回去看望他们。
经过这次有意义的活动，我觉得我们有责任关爱并尊重老年人。在日常生活中，我们应该在公共汽车上给他们让座。我们应该更加善待我们自己的祖父母。
