以氯化钾为原料生产无氯复合肥新工艺过程中,驱氯反应产生的泡沫严重影响生产的正常操作。本文从泡沫的形成机理及过程出发,研究了消泡的有效手段。结果表明,水是一种有效的消泡剂。通过改变工艺条件,如加水溶解氯化钾小颗粒,降低硫酸浓度,控制反应温度以及控制加酸速度和提高搅拌强度,均可抑制泡沫的生成。
In the new process of producing chlorine-free compound fertilizer using potassium chloride as raw material, the foam generated by the chlorine-driving reaction severely affects the normal operation of production. Based on the formation mechanism and process of foam, this paper studies the effective means of defoaming. The results show that water is an effective defoamer. By changing the process conditions, such as adding water to dissolve small particles of potassium chloride, reducing the concentration of sulfuric acid, controlling the reaction temperature and controlling the rate of acid addition and increasing the intensity of stirring, the formation of foam can be inhibited.
