以二甘醇为原料,SO42-/MxOy型固体超强酸催化剂催化,在常压、气相条件下,固定床合成了1,4-二氧六环.考察了反应温度、进料速度对产品收率的影响.结果表明:在反应温度260℃,进料流速0.4mL/min时,1,4-二氧六环的产率为76.14%,是工业生产1,4-二氧六环较理想方法,具有良好的工业生产前景.
Using diethylene glycol as raw material and SO42- / MxOy solid superacid as catalyst, 1,4-dioxane was synthesized on a fixed bed under normal pressure and gas phase conditions.
