以植物花粉细胞为试验体系,利用K~+离子电极法测定了pb~(2+)、Cd~(2+)对花粉细胞质膜透性的影响及La~(3+)的缓解效应。主要结果为:pb~(2+)、Cd~(2+)在极低浓度时就使花粉细胞质膜透性明显增大,表现为伤害作用;而La~(3+)对花粉细胞质膜透性有明显的降低作用;La~(3+)离子的存在则能显著地降低pb~(2+)、Cd~(2+)的伤害作用。
Using plant pollen cells as the experimental system, the effects of pb ~ (2 +) and Cd ~ (2+) on the plasma membrane permeability of pollen cells and the alleviating effect of La ~ (3 +) were measured by K + ion electrode method. The main results are as follows: pb ~ (2 +) and Cd ~ (2+) increased the permeability of pollen plasma membrane significantly at a very low concentration, which showed the injury effect; La ~ (3+) While the presence of La 3+ ions could significantly reduce the damage of pb 2 + and Cd 2 +.
