本文研究了用紫外分光光度法测定石淋通片中总黄酮的含量。用５０％乙醇提取石淋通片中的黄酮类化合物，以芦丁为对照品，在２７２ｎｍ波长处测定吸收度。实验结果表明，方法简便，重现性好，结果准确。
