“生命在于运动”,人体必须经常活动才能保持健康。祖国医学历来就非常重视通过劳动和运动来增进健康和祛病延年。汉代名医华佗说:“动摇则谷气得消,血脉流通,病不得生。”唐代医学家孙思邈也说:“人欲劳于形,百病不能成。”并提出了“体欲常劳,劳勿过极”的劳逸适度养生原则。据我国对百岁老人的调查情况来看,其共同特点之一就是勤劳好动。
