目的评估水下非接触爆炸对舰船人员的冲击安全性。方法用计算机模拟1000kgTNT当量炸药水下爆炸,设立两种爆炸工况,采用爆炸冲击理论计算及相关国家标准对舰船上主要作业位置的冲击环境进行评估。结果爆心位置距水面垂直距离均为50m条件下,距船舷水平向距离100m(即100m外)时对人员无损伤;但当距船舷水平向距离50m时会对人员造成轻度冲击损伤。结论1000kgTNT当量爆炸物距水面垂直距离为50m,距船舷水平向距离100m时(即100m外),船上舱室和作业位置人员是安全的。计算数据显示,在两种爆炸工况下,人员会被抛离甲板并发生足部骨折及颅脑损伤等二次损伤,应采取防护措施。
Purpose To assess the impact safety of underwater non-contact explosions on the ship’s personnel. Methods The underwater explosion of 1000kgTNT equivalent explosive was simulated by computer and two kinds of explosion conditions were set up. The impact environment of the main work position on the ship was evaluated by the theoretical calculation of explosion impact and the relevant national standards. Results At normal distance of 50m from the surface of water, the crew members were not injured when the distance from the center of the explosion was 50m and the horizontal distance of 100m away from the ship’s side (ie 100m). However, when the distance was 50m from the ship’s side, slight impact damage would be caused. CONCLUSIONS The 1000kgTNT equivalent explosive is 50 m vertical from the surface of the water and 100 m horizontal (100 m) from the side of the ship, and is safe for personnel in the ship’s cabin and work area. Calculations show that under the two explosive conditions, personnel will be thrown off the deck and secondary injuries such as foot fractures and craniocerebral injury occur. Protective measures should be taken.
