大量研究表明 ,不仅超声照射本身可促进目的基因在体外和体内的转染与表达 ,而且超声介导的微泡造影剂破坏可进一步增强基因的转染率 ,其主要机制是空化效应。超声造影剂作为一种新型、无创的基因运载系统具有广阔的应用前景。
Numerous studies have shown that not only ultrasound irradiation can promote the transfection and expression of the target gene in vitro and in vivo, but also the ultrasound-mediated destruction of microbubble contrast agents can further enhance the gene transfection efficiency. The main mechanism is cavitation effect. Ultrasound contrast agent as a new, noninvasive gene delivery system has broad application prospects.
