高聚物的分子量和分子量分布是高聚物性能的重要表征数据。目前,测定高聚物分子量的方法有:粘度法、光散射法、渗透压法、超离心法等。但在一般的实验室或工业生产中使用最广泛的是粘度测定法。根据聚合物溶液的粘度测定可以获得与高分子的分子大小、支化程度等有关数据。毛细管粘度计设备简单,并可和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)柱联用作为检测器,不需“标样”即获得聚合物粘均分子量分布。
The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of polymers are important characterization data for polymer properties. Currently, the determination of polymer molecular weight methods: viscosity, light scattering, osmotic pressure, ultracentrifugation and so on. However, viscosity measurement is the most widely used in general laboratory or industrial production. According to the determination of the viscosity of the polymer solution can be obtained with the polymer molecular size, the degree of branching and other related data. The capillary viscometer has simple equipment and can be used as a detector in conjunction with a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) column to obtain a polymer viscosity-average molecular weight distribution without the need for “standards.”
