从超长超重管磨机筒体的结构、切削加工要求、传统的加工方法和存在的问题入手,对辅助支承形式、装夹方式和多床身加工等方面进行了研究,总结出提高小落地车床切削大筒体精度和效率的方法。通过实践对改进前后的效果进行了分析对比,得出结论:顶针和筒体使用的液压附加支承既能够提高机床的承载能力,降低机床电耗,又不影响机床的原有精度;筒体液压附加支承能够解决筒体切削刚度不足的问题;多床身同时参与切削和磨削能够大幅度提高加工效率。
Based on the structure, machining requirements, traditional machining methods and existing problems of super-long overweight tube mill barrel, this paper studied the auxiliary support forms, clamping methods and multi-bed processing, Lathe cutting large cylinder accuracy and efficiency of the method.
