自从McCabe提出自身免疫性感觉神经性耳聋以来,国外很多学者报道用类固醇治疗此病有效。本实验通过对豚鼠脑干电位的测试,观察了Type—Ⅲ胶原引起的内耳免疫性损伤及地塞米松对感觉神经性耳聋的疗效。 1 材料和方法 Wistar远交系大白鼠、雌雄皆有,体重为200~250g,30只,随机分组每组10只。A组为单纯免疫组。将天然小牛Ⅲ型胶原(由一院中心实验室提供)溶于0.01mol/L乙酸中,用等量完全福氏佐剂乳化于大白鼠两后足掌皮下各注射50μl,共含胶原200μg,每次间隔10天,共免疫3次。B组在免疫同时给予地塞米松肌注(0.25ml/kg)末次免疫后1周再注射1次。C组为对照组,双后掌皮下各注射50μ10.01mol/
