Meropenem(MEPM)由于将甲基引入1-β位,将脯氨酸侧链引入2位,故获得了对脱氢肽酶-Ⅰ的稳定性及较低的肾毒性,为可单独用药的最新碳青霉烯类抗生素,对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌及厌氧菌具有极广的抗菌谱,特别对革兰氏阴性菌,其抗菌活性超过Imipenem。对象与方法住院造血器官患者并发感染症150例,进行有效性评价132例,安全性评价150例。有效性评价的132例,年龄15~80岁,男63例,女69例,基础疾病为急性骨髓性白血病
