本研究是在上海地区对黄瓜、青椒、甘蓝、大白菜四大蔬菜作物,以黄瓜霜霉病、青椒病毒病、甘蓝菜青虫,大白菜霜霉病为主攻对象,以生物防治为主要技术措施的综合防治研究。是以生态学、经济学的系统工程原则为指导,从蔬菜高产稳产和减少农药污染的实际要求出发,进行蔬菜-病虫-环境条件相互关系研究。经5年研究,在完成上述作物的病虫发生规律、病虫发生与环境条件关系、病虫为害与作物损失关系,以及防治的经济阈值等应用基础研究的同时,重点研究和开发生物技术[弱毒疫苗、农用抗菌素、杀虫毒素、杀虫细菌、仿生农药、培育或选用抗(避)病品种,以及作物间作控病丰产栽培技术等],并在此基础上,组建了四大蔬菜作物以生物防治为主的综合防治技术体系。对青椒综合应用弱毒疫苗、抗(避)病
