采用静电纺丝法,制备了线性聚乳酸(L-PLA)和星形聚乳酸(S-PLA)复合纤维。研究了纺丝工艺条件对纤维直径的影响,结果表明,在纺丝电压为12kV,二氯甲烷纺丝液中PLA总浓度为6.4%(g/mL),L-PLA∶S-PLA质量比为1∶1时,纺丝纤维较规整,直径范围为4~7μm。在该纺丝工艺条件下,制备了PLA负载布洛芬的载药纤维,并采用紫外分光光度法研究了布洛芬在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的释放行为。比较其与L-PLA纺丝纤维药物释放的特征,发现S-PLA的加入,载药纤维药物突释现象减弱,且药物持续释放较为平缓。
The linear polylactic acid (L-PLA) and star polylactic acid (S-PLA) composite fibers were prepared by electrospinning. The effects of spinning conditions on the fiber diameter were investigated. The results showed that the total PLA concentration in the spinning solution of dichloromethane was 6.4% (g / mL) at a spinning voltage of 12 kV, the mass ratio of L-PLA to S-PLA 1: 1, the spinning fiber is more regular, the diameter range is 4 ~ 7μm. In this spinning process, PLA loaded ibuprofen loaded fibers were prepared and the release behavior of ibuprofen in phosphate buffer solution was studied by UV spectrophotometry. Compared with the release characteristics of L-PLA spun fiber, it was found that the release of S-PLA decreased, and the sustained release of drug was gentle.
