目的:观察辛伐他汀分散片对高胆固醇血症患者血脂水平的影响及不良反应。方法:选择我院2011年3月～2012年7月收治的总胆固醇≥6.0mmol/L的50例患者,给予辛伐他汀分散片口服治疗,8周后测定其血脂水平,并与治疗前相比较。结果:50例高胆固醇血症患者的血脂水平与治疗前相比,TC和LDL-C均有不同程度的下降(P>0.05),不良反应轻微。结论:辛伐他汀分散片的降脂疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe the effects of simvastatin dispersible tablets on blood lipids in patients with hypercholesterolemia and adverse reactions. Methods: Fifty patients with total cholesterol≥6.0mmol / L from March 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital were given oral treatment with simvastatin dispersible tablets. After 8 weeks, their blood lipid levels were measured and compared with those before treatment Compare Results: Compared with before treatment, TC and LDL-C levels in 50 patients with hypercholesterolemia were decreased to some extent (P> 0.05), and adverse reactions were mild. Conclusion: Simvastatin dispersible tablets have definite effect of lowering blood pressure and few adverse reactions, so it is worth to be used clinically.
