针对JQ190架桥机机臂存在超长、超重的问题,进行适应公路运输的改造。改造方案是在机臂的恰当位置进行截断,并将接头改造成可装拆的活动连接。通过对比各种接头连接的设计方案,重点对接头连接处的结构性能进行优化,通过试验及有限元分析验证了接头设计的可靠性,最终实现架桥机机臂的公路运输,同时保证了整机结构及施工性能不受影响。
JQ190 bridge machine arm for long, overweight problems, to adapt to the transformation of road transport. Retrofit solution is to cut off the appropriate position in the arm, and transform the connector into a detachable movable connection. By comparing the design schemes of various joint connections, the structural performance of joint joints was optimized. The reliability of the joint design was verified by the test and finite element analysis. Finally, the road transport of the bridge arm was guaranteed, Machine structure and construction performance is not affected.
