随着公路桥梁及高层建筑大规模的兴建,大直径钻孔灌注桩以其承载力高、施工低噪声、低振动以及工程造价低等特点已得到广泛采用。但由于成桩质量问题引起基础的不均匀沉降而造成工程事故时有发生。为了保证大直径钻孔灌注桩成桩质量,我们应加大重视成孔质量,对试桩和开工前期的工程桩进行成孔检测。日本KAIJO公司生产的KE400超声波侧壁测定仪,特制的四方向探头一次下孔连续测量孔壁的四个方向,可以提供影响钻孔质量包括孔径、孔深、垂直度及孔壁状况(光滑度、塌陷度)等几乎所有参数。
