糖皮质激素是治疗哮喘炎症的最有效药物。糖皮质激素受体(GR)数量和功能的变化对其疗效可能有重要影响。我们观察了SD大鼠哮喘模型肺组织GR在哮喘发病过程中的动态变化及美喘清、舒喘灵、氟美松雾化吸入及腹腔注射氟美松对哮喘动物肺组织GR的影响,结果发现哮喘发作后第1天,GR数量明显增多;哮喘第3至14天又降至健康对照组水平,但亲和力有明显增加。氟美松吸入及腹腔注射均可使GR下降幅度增大,尤以腹腔注射更为显著。美喘清、舒喘灵治疗组GR下降较少。
Glucocorticoids are the most effective drugs for the treatment of asthma inflammation. Changes in the number and function of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) may have a significant impact on their efficacy. We observed the dynamic changes of GR in the lung tissue of asthmatic rat model of asthma and the effects of mechuanqing, schuangling and dexamethasone nebulized inhalation and the intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone on the GR of asthmatic animals. Results Found on the first day after the onset of asthma, the number of GR significantly increased; asthma fell to the level of the control group on the 3rd to 14th days, but the affinity was significantly increased. Flumethasone inhalation and intraperitoneal injection can make GR decreased, especially intraperitoneal injection more significant. US wheezing clear, Shu Chuanling treatment group GR decreased less.
