(一) 新都县横向经济联合是从1983年开始的。随着城乡改革的交融,全县横向经济联合取得了突破性的进展,截止1987年上半年,全县已办联合企业321个,拥有固定资产7,855.6万元。资金引进7,565万元,联合企业概算产值3.8亿多元,利润4,000多万元,1986年已投产的联合企业实现产值10,390万元,占全县工业产值的24.3％。目前,新都县的横向联合与协作具有以下趋向性特点: ——联合形式上的多样化。已由单纯地接受城市大工业扩散产品的联合与协作向多要素、多形式、多样化方向发展。主要形式包括:产品协作、联合办厂、技术协作、补偿贸易、科研生产联合、供产销联合、劳务协作等。联合内容的多样化,促进了城乡和企

As of the first half of 1987, 321 county-level joint-ventures had been established in the county, with a fixed asset of 78.556 million yuan. 75.55 million yuan was introduced into the funds, the output value of the joint ventures was over 380 million yuan and the profit was over 40 million yuan.
