我们于1983年5～8月,用RPHA法对我市食品行业77个单位的1957名从业人员进行HBsAg检测;同时随机抽取一部分人做淋巴细胞转化率试验。对HBsAg阳性者,还做了A型超声波和肝功检查,现报告调查结果。 (一)HBsAg在人群中的分布:本次调查检出HBsAg阳性者101人,阳性率为5.16%,属中度流行区。HBsAg的年龄分布:小于20岁年龄组阳性率4.73%,20~30岁年龄组6.46%,30~40岁年龄组5.26%,40~50岁年龄组4.26%,50一60岁年龄组下降至
From May to August 1983, we used the RPHA method to test HBsAg in 1957 employees of 77 units in our city’s food industry. At the same time, we randomly selected some people to make lymphocyte transformation test. For HBsAg-positive, but also made a type A ultrasound and liver function tests, the findings are reported.
