目的了解中等职业学校教师应付方式的现状。方法采用应付方式问卷(CSQ)对4所中职学校的教师进行调查。结果①在性别上的比较,性别对应付方式无显著影响;②文化对应付方式无显著影响;③基础课教师、专业课教师在应付方式分量表各个分量表上的得分,只有在解决问题这一维度上有显著性差异(t=-2.162,P=0.032);④不同教龄的教师在应付方式各个分量表的比较,结果发现在求助(F=2.257,P=0.040)和合理化(F=2.446,P=0.027)这两个维度上得分差异显著。结论①专业课教师在面对挫折和压力是在应付方式的解决问题维度上,采取更多的积极的应付方式;②高教龄的教师和低教龄的教师比较而言,较少地采用求助的应付方式,而更多地采用合理化的应付方式。
Objective To understand the status quo of teachers’ coping styles in secondary vocational schools. Methods The Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) was used to investigate teachers in four vocational schools. Results ① Gender comparison showed no significant effect on coping styles; ② Culture had no significant effect on coping styles; ③ Scores of basic class teachers and specialized class teachers on subscales of coping subsystems were only in the dimension of problem solving (T = -2.162, P = 0.032). ④Comparisons of various subscales in different coping styles showed that when seeking help (F = 2.257, P = 0.040) and rationalization (F = 2.446, P = 0.027) The difference between the two dimensions was significant. Conclusion ① Facing the setbacks and pressures, the specialized teachers take more positive coping styles in coping style to solve the problem. ②For the teachers with higher education level and those with lower education level, Way, and more rational use of coping styles.
