呼吸衰竭(呼衰)是重症乙型脑炎(乙脑)的主要死亡原因之一。我院于1982～1984年共收治乙脑104例,其中极重型4例,重型24例,并发呼衰13例,无1例死亡,其中2例经气管插管、气管切开抢救成功。兹报告如下。 Respiratory failure (respiratory failure) is one of the major causes of death of severe Japanese encephalitis (JE). A total of 104 cases of JE were treated in our hospital from 1982 to 1984, including 4 cases of maximal type, 24 cases of severe type and 13 cases of concurrent respiratory failure. None died. Two of them were successfully treated by tracheal intubation and tracheotomy. I hereby report as follows.
