针对萍钢1080m~3高炉炉缸侧壁温度上升到598℃的状况,及时采取了护炉措施,但效果不理想。为此,通过分析影响护炉效果的关键因素,在2014年采取了不同操作思路来调整操作参数,即:调整[Si]0.25%~0.35%,铁水温度1450±20℃,富氧率2%±0.5%左右,TiO_2负荷15~20kg/t。生产实践表明,[Si]、铁水温度、富氧率、TiO_2负荷等参数的选择非常关键,操作参数调整后护炉效果明显,高炉产量增加,炉缸侧壁温度明显下降。
Aiming at the situation that the side wall temperature of the 1080m ~ 3 blast furnace hearth in Pinggang rose to 598 ℃, the furnace protection measures were adopted in time, but the result was not satisfactory. Therefore, by analyzing the key factors that affect the effect of protecting the furnace, different operational ideas were adopted in 2014 to adjust the operation parameters, namely: adjusting [Si] 0.25% -0.35%, hot metal temperature 1450 ± 20 ° C, oxygen enrichment rate 2% ± 0.5%, TiO 2 load 15 ~ 20kg / t. Production practice shows that the selection of parameters such as [Si], hot metal temperature, oxygen enrichment rate and TiO 2 load is very crucial. The operating parameters are adjusted and the effect of protecting the furnace is obvious. The output of the blast furnace increases and the temperature of the side wall of the hearth decreases obviously.
