目的:了解高职专业人才培养现状,准确掌握专业教学条件、师资队伍、课堂教学和实践教学效果与学生期望的符合程度。有针对性加强专业建设,提高专业教育水平和教学质量。方法:分层抽样问卷调查某专业的在校学生,运用SPSS对抽样样本统计分析样本主成分因子。结果:构建专业教学质量学生满意度分析模型。结论:根据模型找出影响学生满意度的主要影响因素,为教学管理部门提供说服力的参考依据和教学质量测评的一种实施方法。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of higher vocational professionals training and to accurately grasp the conformity of professional teaching conditions, teaching staff, classroom teaching and practical teaching results with the expectations of students. Targeted to strengthen professional construction, improve professional education and teaching quality. Methods: stratified sampling questionnaire survey of a professional in-school students, the use of SPSS sample statistical analysis of the sample principal component factor. Results: Constructing a model of student satisfaction analysis of professional teaching quality. Conclusion: According to the model, we find out the main influencing factors that affect the students’ satisfaction, and provide a convincing reference for teaching management and an implementation method of teaching quality evaluation.
