介绍了北京市某合资汽车工厂新建工程雨水利用系统的设计经验。该大型工业厂区占地面积大(145.41hm~2),雨水径流总量大,雨水系统设计需执行北京市地方标准《雨水控制与利用工程设计规范》(DB 11/685—2013),要满足规范中的雨水外排控制率>85%的要求。由于厂区雨水调蓄容积非常大,故采用下凹绿地、雨水入渗、景观水体、调蓄水池等多种组合方式对调蓄容积进行分解,有效降低了工程投资。
The design experience of rainwater utilization system for a newly constructed project of a joint venture automobile factory in Beijing is introduced. The large-scale industrial plant covers a large area (145.41hm ~ 2) and has a large total amount of stormwater runoff. The rainwater system design shall comply with the “Standard for Design and Engineering of Rainwater Control and Utilization” (DB 11 / 685-2013) Specification of rainwater discharge control rate> 85% of the requirements. Due to the very large volume of rainwater storage in the plant area, the storage volume is degraded by various combinations such as concave green space, rain infiltration, landscape water bodies and water storage reservoirs, which effectively reduces the project investment.
