应用免疫学的方法检测了39例限局性硬皮病患者sIL-2R、TNFα、T淋巴细胞正群和淋巴细胞增殖率。结果示:(1)限局性硬皮病外周血T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、和CD8明显低于正常人,CD4/CD8高于正常对照组;(2)血清sIL-2R、TN-Fα含量较对照组增高;(3)限局性硬皮病患者血清可明显抑制淋巴细胞的增殖。上述结果的异常可引起免疫功能的紊乱,免疫抑制因子参与了限局性硬皮病的发生和发展,可能是本病的诱因之一。
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the positive rate of sIL-2R, TNFα, T-lymphocyte positive group and lymphocyte proliferation in 39 patients with scleroderma. The results showed that: (1) CD3, CD4, and CD8 of peripheral T cell subsets in patients with localized scleroderma were significantly lower than those in normal controls and CD4 / CD8 were higher than those in normal controls; (2) Serum sIL-2R and TN-Fα Compared with the control group increased; (3) patients with local scleroderma serum can significantly inhibit lymphocyte proliferation. Abnormalities in these results can cause immune dysfunction, immunosuppressive factors involved in the occurrence and development of local scleroderma may be one of the causes of this disease.
