对于具有展成运动的齿轮加工机床和螺纹机床来说,传动链误差是工件误差的主要来源。对传动链误差进行检测及诊断,可为产品设计师提供机床结构改进的依据;为工艺师查明导致工件加工误差过大的主要原因;为机床维修人员准确指明维修的部位。显然,采用何种方法进行有效诊断是上述三类人员需要解决的问题。本讲座共三讲,简要介绍滚齿机分度链、磨齿机传动链、螺纹机床螺纹链传动误差的来源及其诊断方法。
For a gear machined and threaded machine with an extended motion, driveline error is the main source of workpiece error. Detecting and diagnosing the error of the transmission chain can provide the product designer with the basis for the improvement of the machine tool structure. It also identifies the main causes for the error of the workpiece processing error for the technologist and the location for the maintenance of the machine tool. Obviously, what kind of method is used for effective diagnosis is a problem that needs to be solved by the above three types of personnel. A total of three lectures, a brief introduction to gear cutting machine indexing chain, gear grinding machine chain, threaded machine thread chain transmission error sources and diagnostic methods.
