目的:对护士长的非权力影响在临床护理管理中的作用以及应用进行探讨.方法:对2010年2月到2012年1月间某科室的临床护理记录资料以及工作业绩表现等进行回顾分析,护士长在日常护理管理中充分发挥非权力影响因素,并与2008年2月到2010年1月间的业绩表现相比较.结果:护士长在日常管理中应充分应用非权力影响因素,护理工作业绩有很大提高,与之前相比护理管理水平提升明显.结论:护士长在日常护理管理中应多应用非权力影响因素,以促进科室管理水平的提升,促进护理质量的提升.
