在磁力搅拌反应器中,于低的固相浓度下,研究了一水硬铝石型铝土矿中氧化铁的盐酸浸出反应动力学。确定了某些化学因素对该系统反应速率的影响。结果表明,缩小核模型[1-(1-α)~(1/3)]~2=Rt适用于该系统。所研究的不同粒级的矿石其反应活化能为62~79kJmol~(-2)。
In a magnetic stirred reactor, the kinetics of hydrochloric acid leaching reaction of iron oxide in diasporic bauxite was studied at low solid-phase concentrations. The influence of some chemical factors on the system reaction rate was confirmed. The results show that the reduced kernel model [1- (1-α) ~ (1/3)] ~ 2 = Rt is suitable for this system. The reaction activation energies of different size fractions of ore studied are 62 ~ 79kJmol ~ (-2).
