目的 :观察肠道菌群失调后小鼠造血因子水平的变化。方法 :采用抗生素脱污染造成小鼠肠道菌群失调的动物模型 ,用ELISA的方法检测血清白细胞介素 3(IL 3)、粒 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM CSF)的含量。结果 :菌群失调后小鼠血清IL 3和GM CSF的含量均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;双歧杆菌数量与IL 3和GM CSF含量存在显著正相关。结论 :肠道菌群失调可影响机体造血功能。
Objective: To observe the changes of hematopoietic factors in mice with dysbacteriosis of intestinal tract. Methods: Animal model of intestinal microflora caused by detoxification of antibiotics was used to detect the levels of serum interleukin 3 (IL 3) and granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM CSF) by ELISA. Results: The levels of IL-3 and GM-CSF in serum were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between the amount of Bifidobacterium and the levels of IL-3 and GM-CSF. Conclusion: Gut flora can affect the hematopoietic function of the body.
