通过改变叶片径向积迭线获得周向前弯0°与9°叶轮,采用大涡模拟(LES)方法以及声学边界与结构有限元耦合解法完成了轴流泵内部非定常流动及流动发声的数值模拟,研究了叶轮叶片周向前弯角(0°和9°)对轴流泵噪声辐射分布的影响,对比了不同叶片的轴流泵噪声辐射分布情况.结果表明:周向前弯9°叶轮叶片比周向前弯0°叶轮叶片产生的噪声降低了3 dB左右;将叶轮叶片前弯9°能降低轴流泵的水动力噪声.
Numerical simulation of unsteady flow and sounding in an axial-flow pump is accomplished by means of large-eddy simulation (LES) and coupled solution of acoustic boundary and structure by changing the radial stacking lines of the blades to obtain the forward-curved 0 ° and 9 ° impellers. (0 ° and 9 °), the noise radiation distribution of axial-flow pump of different blades was compared.The results show that the forward-curved 9 ° impeller blade is more effective than the forward-curved 0 ° impeller blade noise reduction of about 3 dB; the impeller blade bent forward 9 ° can reduce the axial-flow pump hydrodynamic noise.
