The organization of 23,000 hours furnace tubes in the new tube of TP304H austenitic stainless steel was studied. The results show that the microstructures and topographies of the furnace tubes after service for 23,000 hours under the designed temperature of 650 ℃ have been changed to produce precipitates. There are also a large number of black holes along the inner wall and oxide in some places. Research suggests that high temperature is the main factor affecting the precipitation phase. Tensile tests at room temperature showed that the tube material embrittled to a certain degree as service time extended. Finally, the long life test by high temperature, the L-M parameter method to predict the remaining life of the furnace tube.
