高等职业教育是以培养高等技术应用性专门人才为目标,以就业为导向的教育。学生是教育教学的主体,学校是教育教学的主战场,教师是教育教学的主导者,高等职业教育强调理实结合,学做合一,是以中国传统的教学方法面临挑战,如何提高教学的有效性?笔者从《市场营销》课程的视角,通过学生的学情分析,总结了一些在实际中行之有效的、能提高课堂教学有效性的策略,以期为教学改革及提高教育质量提供一些参考。
