以聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)为原料,采用CAD软件进行支架设计,并以设计的支架模型为原型,用CO2激光器加工出可降解冠状动脉血管支架,进一步采用SEM、FTIR分析研究。结果表明,根据PLLA力学性能与金属材质的差异,以增大梁宽和用圆弧连接支撑单元的设计可提高支架的径向承受力;CO2激光加工精度可满足需要,加工使支架表面更光滑,对PLLA材料的化学组成影响不大,激光加工工艺适合于加工生物可降解血管支架。
