介绍了一种新型组合密封系统———气体螺旋槽与铁磁流体组合密封型式 .在分别对这两种密封型式研究基础上 ,进行了组合密封实验 .实验表明 ,这种密封型式可以达到从零速到设计转速整个范围内均具有所需要的密封能力 .在高速旋转密封时 ,螺旋槽有效地抑制了铁磁流体的飞溅 ,并在铁磁流体破裂时 ,使其迅速恢复密封能力 .所以该组合密封具有无污染、高可靠性等特点 .同时指出 ,通过调节这两种密封型式的结构设计参数 ,可以满足不同的密封要求 .这些性质是其它非接触式密封所做不到的
This paper introduces a new type of combined sealing system --- gas spiral groove and ferrofluid combined sealing type.On the basis of the research on these two types of sealing respectively, the combination sealing experiment is carried out.The experiment shows that this type of sealing can reach from Zero speed to the design speed of the entire range of have the necessary sealing ability in the high-speed rotary seal, the spiral groove effectively inhibited the splash of ferrofluid and ferrofluid fractures, so that it quickly restore sealing capacity.
