在各类机械设备的应用中,液压传动系统是保证其高效、稳定运行的关键部分,也是保证各类生产企业实际工作效率和质量的基础。由于受到主客观因素的影响,液压传动系统经常会出现各种故障,只有合理利用先进的故障诊断技术,才能及时查找出故障的发生原因、位置与危害性,并且制定有效的故障排除措施。
In all kinds of mechanical equipment applications, hydraulic transmission system is to ensure its efficient and stable operation of the key part, but also to ensure that the actual production efficiency of various types of enterprises and quality of the foundation. Due to the subjective and objective factors, hydraulic transmission systems often have various faults. Only by reasonably utilizing the advanced fault diagnosis techniques, the causes, locations and dangers of the faults can be timely found out and effective troubleshooting measures can be worked out.
