随着计算机技术广泛地应用在生产、科研等各个领域,以及快速付立叶变换(FFT)的提出,数据处理技术用于振动和噪声的测量和分析也受到普遍的重视。本文通过燃气轮机、轴流风机和减速齿轮噪声的实测,叙述了数据处理技术如何应用于分析机械噪声。对噪声信号进行数据处理,得到功率谱、相干函数等结果,可进一步用来分析和识别噪声源。这些结果将有助于控制机械低噪声以及造出低噪声的机械。
With the wide application of computer technology in various fields such as production and research, as well as the rapid Fourier transform (FFT), the data processing technology is widely used in the measurement and analysis of vibration and noise. This paper describes how the data processing techniques are applied to the analysis of mechanical noise by measuring the noise of gas turbines, axial fans and reduction gears. Data processing of the noise signal to obtain the power spectrum, coherence function and other results can be further used to analyze and identify the noise source. These results will help to control mechanical low noise and create low noise machinery.
