介绍了锦西炼化股份公司延迟焦化 溶剂精制 催化裂化组合工艺的工业应用情况。焦化蜡油经拔头处理后得到的轻馏分 (3 5 0℃以前 )作为柴油调合组分 ,拔头油经溶剂精制后作为催化裂化装置的掺兑原料 ,明显改善了催化裂化原料性质、操作条件和产品分布。汽油产率增加了 7.3个百分点 ,轻油产率增加 5 .16个百分点 ,干气、油浆和焦炭产率明显降低。对溶剂精制脱氮率较低的原因进行了分析。 0 .2 5Mt/a焦化蜡油溶剂精制后 ,尽管脱氮率为 5 2 .8% ,但作为 0 .8Mt/a催化裂化的掺兑料 ,年效益达 3 .8× 10 7RMB $
