用过氯酸—考马氏亮蓝比色法对114例血液病患者的血清及尿液酸溶性蛋白含量进行检测.白血病、多发性骨髓瘤、淋巴瘤病人血清及尿液酸溶性蛋白含量明显高于非肿瘤性血液病患者及正常对照组(P<0.01);血清酸溶性蛋白含量与白血病患者外周血幼稚细胞绝对值呈显著正相关(r=0.5571,P<0.01);各类白血病患者血清和尿液酸溶性蛋白含量以急性淋巴细胞性白血病最高,慢性粒细胞性白血病最低(t=4.150,P<0.01).提示血清和尿液酸溶性蛋白测定对鉴别肿瘤与非肿瘤性血液病、白血病的类型有着重要的参考意义.
The content of acid-soluble protein in serum and urine of 114 patients with hematological diseases were detected by perchloric acid-coomassie brilliant blue colorimetric assay.The contents of acid-soluble protein in serum and urine of patients with leukemia, multiple myeloma and lymphoma were significantly (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between serum acid-soluble protein content and the absolute number of naive cells in peripheral blood of patients with leukemia (r = 0.5571, P <0.01). All kinds of leukemia patients Serum and urine acid-soluble protein content of the highest acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia lowest (t = 4.150, P <0.01), suggesting that serum and urine acid-soluble protein determination of differential diagnosis of tumor and non-neoplastic , The type of leukemia has an important reference value.
