本文80例癫痫患者头颅CT扫描与脑电图(EEG)的对照观察是从365例癫痫患者中筛选得出,发病年龄以19岁以下和50岁以上者居多。CT描写66例异常者以脑梗塞、脑萎缩、脑血肿、局部炎症、脑寄生虫病、脑积水,脑血管畸形、脑钙化灶等为常见,异常率为82.5％,脑电图75例异常占93.75％。前者是观察脑部形态结构的改变,后者是了解脑细胞的电生理变化。此二项检查对癫痫患者都是重要的。
80 cases of epilepsy in patients with head CT scan and electroencephalogram (EEG) control observation was selected from 365 cases of epilepsy patients, the age of onset to 19 years of age and more than 50 years of age. Sixty-six CT abnormalities were common in cerebral infarction, cerebral atrophy, cerebral hematoma, local inflammation, cerebral parasitosis, hydrocephalus, cerebrovascular malformations and cerebral calcifications. The abnormal rate was 82.5% in EEG and 75 in EEG Abnormal accounting for 93.75%. The former is to observe changes in the morphology of the brain, the latter is to understand the electrophysiological changes in brain cells. These two tests are important for patients with epilepsy.
