利用高频饱和滤波效应和动态载流子恢复时间概念分析了基于半导体光放大器中交叉相位调制的马赫-陈德尔型全光波长变换器的频率啁啾和码间干扰。当采用反向波长变换时,对于不同的探测光功率在维持消光比不变的情况下,变换信号性能较差的原因是较长的载流子恢复时间和较强的码间干扰。但是对于同向波长变换,在大的探测光功率和快的载流子恢复时间的情况下变换信号的性能并不一定好于探测光功率较小时达的变换信号的性能。 The frequency chirp and intersymbol interference of a Mach-Zehnder all-optical wavelength converter based on cross-phase modulation in a semiconductor optical amplifier are analyzed using the concept of high-frequency saturation filtering and dynamic carrier recovery time. When the reverse wavelength conversion is adopted, the performance of the transformed signal is poor due to the longer carrier recovery time and stronger intersymbol interference for different probe optical power with the extinction ratio maintained. However, for the same wavelength conversion, the performance of the transformed signal with the large probe light power and the fast carrier recovery time is not necessarily better than that of the converted signal when the probe optical power is small.
