Weightlessness reduced the adaptability of the astronaut standing test, and in order to improve the body’s standing stamina, repeated training of body position changing was designed to observe its effect on standing stamina. Healthy male volunteers aged 19-20 years were divided into group A (5) and group B (4). Group A was given 2 hours of physical training and moderate exercise every day for 6 weeks. At the same time, repeated training of body position was performed for 25-30 minutes and 4 times a week for 23 times. Group B received only physical training. Before and after training, both groups were tested for standing position. The results showed that there was no significant change in stand-up endurance in group B (P> 0.05), but stand-up endurance in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.05) . After training, the standing ability of the cardiovascular system in group A was better than that in group B, which is likely to be due to repeated reflex changes in the cardiovascular system to improve the reflex regulation of the cardiovascular system, thereby improving the body’s standing position.
