Using the integrated calibration method of AEBence and ALAlbee and the absorption and atomic number calibration of Philibert - Belk and Philiber - Pool Thomas, Reed ’s fluorescence calibration method was used to calculate the CaFeSi2O6 and Fe2SiO4. The accuracy of the three methods was compared. The sources of error in the quantitative analysis of oxides and the precautions in the determination are briefly described.
