研究慢性氟中毒时大脑损伤程度与染氟时间有无相关关系。方法实验用SD大鼠 ,分两组 :正常组饮用普通自来水 ,实验组饮用氟水 (4 8mg/L)。于实验第 3、6、12个月分批处死动物 ,用电镜检查及体视学分析 ,观察大脑神经细胞线粒体等超微结构改变 ,并测脑氟及尿氟。结果脑氟蓄积量随染氟时间而增加 ,尿氟排除则不然 ,脑神经细胞线粒体等超微结构损伤程度随染氟时间、脑氟含量增加而加重 ,脑神经细胞线粒体平均周长 ( C)及体密度 (Vv)与染氟时间之间有量效关系。结论慢性氟中毒时大脑损伤程度与染氟时间有关 ,二者间有一定量效关系。
To investigate whether the degree of brain damage in chronic fluorosis is related to the time of fluorosis. Methods Experimental SD rats were divided into two groups: normal group drinking tap water, experimental group drinking fluoride water (48mg / L). Animals were sacrificed in batches on the 3rd, 6th and 12th months of the experiment. The ultrastructural changes of mitochondria and so on were observed by electron microscopy and stereological analysis. Results The volume of cerebral Fluoride increased with the time of fluorosis, whereas the activity of urinary fluorosis was not observed. The ultrastructural damage of mitochondria and neurons increased with the increase of fluoride time and Fluoride content. The average mitochondrial circumference (C) And body density (Vv) with the fluorine-time between the dose-effect relationship. Conclusion The degree of brain damage in chronic fluorosis is related to the time of fluorination, and there is a certain dose-effect relationship between the two.
