新的历史阶段,总会要求新的思维方式、方法和系统,而那些过时的机制很少再能沿用下去,大多数需要更换新的理念。中国的企业,尤其是国企,已进入再次变革的新时期。我认为,和过去相比,这次国企改革无论是强度还是震度,都超过以往,尤其是在市场化方面,变革将更加彻底。以上海华谊为例,这是一家拥有500多亿资产规模的上海国企,接下来朝什么方向变、怎么变,不仅牵动整个上海化工的发展,也将会影响到上海国资改革。
The new historical stage always calls for new ways of thinking, methods and systems. Outdated mechanisms are seldom used and most need to be replaced with new ones. Chinese enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, have entered a new period of renewed reform. In my opinion, compared with the past, the reform of state-owned enterprises has surpassed the previous one both in intensity and in magnitude. In particular, the reform will be more thorough in terms of marketization. Take Shanghai Huayi as an example. This is a state-owned Shanghai-owned enterprise with an asset size of over 500 billion. In what direction will it change next? How will it change? This will not only affect the development of Shanghai’s chemical industry, but also affect the reform of state-owned assets in Shanghai.
