“蜀一蜀二川菜馆”还是“四川饭店”的时候,我和我的朋友、伙伴、同事,曾有过一周五次光顾的经历。在鹿城区东南部,下吕浦是一个很小吃的地方。我常光顾的这家川菜馆刚刚更名,但还是以水煮活鱼这一特色菜为主。这仅仅是众多小吃中比较显辣易于记得的一类。可见川菜在各地异军突起,名声鹊起,并没有什么秘密武器,只一个“川”字加一个“辣”宇而已。“振中鸡”、“爱上羊蝎子”、“左邻右里”、“饭·巴斯腾”、“过桥米线”……从春晖路走过,连个弯都不必拐,整条街上小吃店应有尽有,连店名都个性得可以。“金海湾大海鲜排档”,海鲜虽然并不多,也许不足以让一个嗜好海鲜的人大饱口欲,但这正是喜好海鲜类的平民百姓如我之辈的好去处。
