谷粒的实秕粒筛选与分离工作作为种子质量考察与性状分析的首要环节,一直依赖城市中检测机构的大型风选机器与专业技术人员。大型风选机的结构中包含了输送带、振动电机、S形管道和大功率风机,价格高昂,操作复杂,结构复杂庞大,不便于农户的日常使用和携带。针对以上不足,采用了拆卸组装方式,提出了底部供风模式,并配合载物滤网和圆柱形风选通道管产生涡旋谷粒流以分离实秕粒;提供了内置蓝牙连接模块和手机及平板电脑专用应用程序,用户可在软件界面人机交互地调整风力,极大地降低了机械结构与操作方法的复杂程度。
