基于钒 (Ⅴ )与抗坏血酸对溴酸钠氧化罗丹明B的反应有催化作用 ,建立了荧光动力学法测定抗坏血酸的新方法 .测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为 1.41~ 14.0 8μg·L-1,相关系数为 0 .9985 ,检出限为 0 .92 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为 2 .4% (n =10 ) .
Based on the catalytic effect of vanadium (Ⅴ) and ascorbic acid on the oxidation of rhodamine B by sodium bromate, a new method for the determination of ascorbic acid by fluorescence kinetics was established. The linear range of ascorbic acid was 1.41-14.0 8 μg · L -1. The correlation coefficient Was 0.9985. The detection limit was 0.92 μg · L-1, with a relative standard deviation of 2.4% (n = 10).
