目的:探讨黔产毛蒟挥发油的抗炎镇痛活性。方法:将50只昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为模型组(生理盐水)、黔产毛蒟挥发油低(0.125 ml/100 ml)、中(0.25 ml/100 ml)、高浓度组(0.5 ml/100 ml)和阿司匹林组(3 mg·ml~(-1))。观察二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和皮肤毛细血管通透性的影响,以评价黔产毛蒟挥发油的抗炎作用;对醋酸致小鼠疼痛和热刺激致痛的影响,以评价黔产毛蒟挥发油的镇痛作用。结果:与模型组比较,挥发油中、高浓度组、阿司匹林组的耳肿胀度明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);挥发油高浓度组和阿司匹林组能有效降低毛细血管通透性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与模型组比较,挥发油中、高浓度组、阿司匹林组能有效抑制小鼠扭体次数,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时挥发油高浓度组能有效减缓小鼠痛阈值(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:黔产毛蒟挥发油具有较好的抗炎镇痛活性。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of the volatile oil from the hairy millet of Guizhou. Methods: Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 10): model group (normal saline), Guinea pigs with low volatile oil (0.125 ml / 100 ml), medium ), High concentration group (0.5 ml / 100 ml) and aspirin group (3 mg · ml -1). To observe the effects of xylene on mouse ear auricle swelling and skin capillary permeability to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of the volatile oil from the hairy millet of Guizhou and the effect of pain induced by acetic acid on the pain induced by heat and to stimulate the pain induced by thermal stimulation,蒟 volatile oil analgesic effect. Results: Compared with the model group, the degree of ear swelling in the volatile oil, the high concentration group and the aspirin group was significantly lower (P <0.05); the high concentration of volatile oil group and the aspirin group could effectively reduce the capillary permeability, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the volatile oil, high concentration group, aspirin group can effectively inhibit the number of writhing in mice, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01), while the volatile oil high concentration group can effectively reduce the mouse pain threshold (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The volatile oil from Gracilaria tenuis alba possesses good anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities.
